A 100% Namibian enterprise, owned and operated by war veterans. We translate the discipline of service into the excellence of Atlantic maritime industry.
Built from the ground up by Namibians who know these waters. Every role earned, every catch accountable.
Our vessel operates out of Lüderitz harbour, where the cold Benguela Current pushes nutrient-rich water northward along the Namibian coast. It is one of the most productive fishing grounds on the planet. We have not taken that for granted for a single day.
Cape Hake and Horse Mackerel are the backbone of our operations. Both species are hauled, sorted, and delivered to our Lüderitz processing facility before any degradation in quality can occur. The cold chain begins the moment the catch leaves the water.
A working boat operated by working Namibians. No intermediaries. No third-party contractors handling the product we are responsible for. The accountability runs from the sea to the cold room to the export container, and it rests with us.
Kandjabanga Fishing Pty Ltd operates in direct alignment with the SWAPO Party manifesto's core mandate of employment creation and broad-based economic empowerment. As a 100% Namibian, veteran-owned enterprise, we do not merely subscribe to that commitment. We are its living expression.
Every position filled on our vessels and within our Lüderitz processing facility is a deliberate investment in Namibian labour. We prioritise the employment of local communities in the Karas Region, with particular care given to previously disadvantaged individuals and the families of war veterans.
The fishing industry is one of Namibia's greatest engines of formal employment. We do not export raw resources and import value. We create it here.
